The AICTE has provided regulations for the establishment of “Anti Harassment Committee” in each technical institute approved by AICTE under the notification “37-3/Legal/2012 dated 25/05/2012”.

Ravindra Vidya Prasarak Mandal Institute of Pharmacy, Dwarka Kathe Lane, Nashik-422101 has zero tolerance policy against discrimination and sexual harassment. An act of sexual harassment is a punishable offence. In terms of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Harassment and Redressal) Act 2013 (14 OF 2013) WIDE NOTIFICATION PUBLISHED IN the gazette of india: extraordinary (part-ii-sec-3(I) and , with a view to provide protection against discrimination and sexual harassment of women at workplace and for the prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment and for matters connected therewith or incidental there to, the Anti-Harassment Committee has been constituted in Ravindra Vidya Prasarak Mandal Institute of Pharmacy, Nashik-422101.

The Complaints Committee will be responsible for the redressal of complaints made by employees and ensure time-bound treatment of the complaints as provided in the Act.
